LinkSourceAI is a SaaS platform that helps affiliate marketers create compliant content, manage affiliate links, and meet platform requirements (e.g., Amazon Associates, FTC). We provide tools for disclosure injection, compliance scanning, content generation, and similar features.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for: (a) maintaining the accuracy of your account; (b) the content you create and publish; (c) compliance with FTC guidelines and platform policies for your content; and (d) obtaining approval from affiliate programs (e.g., Amazon, CJ) before using their IDs. You must not use our tools for spam or deceptive practices.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use LinkSourceAI to: violate any law; infringe intellectual property; distribute malware or spam; scrape third-party sites without permission; or circumvent platform policies. See our Acceptable Use Policy for additional restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

LinkSourceAI and its branding, software, and documentation are owned by us. We grant you a limited license to use the service per these terms. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us a license to process it to provide the service.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Price changes will be communicated in advance and apply to the next billing cycle.

7. Refund Policy

We offer refunds per our billing page and compliance guarantee. Contact support for refund requests. Refunds are at our discretion for misuse or violation of terms.

8. Compliance Guarantee

We guarantee that your site can meet 100% of publicly documented requirements when you follow our tools and recommendations. We do not guarantee approval from Amazon, Google, Meta, or any affiliate network. Final approval decisions rest solely with those platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS OR APPROVAL FROM ANY PLATFORM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; we may retain data as permitted by our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may require re-acceptance for major updates.
